CHAIR EGAN announced SB 125 to be up for consideration.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MEYER, sponsor  of SB 125, said a good  job of reaching a                                                               
balance between the auto dealers,  the consumers and the Attorney                                                               
General's  Office  had  been  done  with this  bill  and  he  was                                                               
available for questions.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PASKVAN  moved to  report  SB  125 from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations  and attached fiscal note.  There were                                                               
no objections and it was so ordered.
